Time of the lessons:

Lessons will take place daily except Sunday, July 19th, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Concerts, Events:

Sunday, July 12th 6:00 p.m. begin of the course with dinner
Sunday, July 12th 7:30 p.m. opening-concert of the instructors
Friday, July 17th 7:30 p.m. church concert
Sunday, July 19th walking tour, no lessons
Friday, July 24th 7:30 p.m. final concert of the Internationale Musiktage
Saturday, July 25th end of the course after breakfast

With the exception of Sunday, 19 July, masterclass concerts will take place in the Hugo Wolf Hall of the Leibnitz Cultural Centre on all other days. All 12 concerts start at 7.30 pm.

Participation

Solo course

Preferably several works by different composers and/or epochs should be prepared and/or audition pieces.

Chamber music course

  • ensembles participating in the chamber music course should prepare at least one complete work
  • already existing ensembles are welcome
  • incomplete ensembles can seek personal contact with already known course participants
  • if you ask early enough, the organization office is of course available as an intermediary
  • there is also the possibility of forming ensembles on site
  • practice or rehearsal rooms for pianists and ensembles are arranged on site
  • if you are taking two different instrumental courses (e.g. viola and piano), the second course costs half

Don’t forget your scores, parts and music stands!
